7-Day Free Trial

All new Membership subscribers start with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to every course, both learning paths, certificates, and all platform features. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

You can cancel at any time during the trial from the Billing page. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Membership subscription at any time from the Billing page (accessible via the navbar). When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in that period.

Gift Code Returns

Unused gift codes can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Redeemed gift codes are non-returnable. Contact support for assistance.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 7-day free trial ensures you can evaluate the platform with no financial commitment before your subscription begins.
